underwhelming stay with some issues

small room poor view
I was really looking forward to my stay, but i was disappointed. the room felt smaller than expected, especially considering it was supposed to be a superior double room. the view wasn't great either. Instead of the river, i mostly saw what looked like a junkyard. it definitely didn't match the photos i saw online.

i found key facilities too small for the number of guests. lifts were very slow and a little broken. i had to wait 20 minutes to get a table for breakfast. some breakfast items were empty and not refilled.
